Technicians in Food Technology
Technicians are required in the food processing laboratories, research and development departments of food processing industries to assist the engineers (for development of equipment and models by making sketches) and scientists.

They are designated as Laboratory Technicians, Research Assistants, Junior engineers etc. Similarly, the chemical technicians or assistants prepare standard solution, reagents and other testing media and are responsible for safe and proper maintenance of the equipment.
