In order to plan, organise, direct and control the activities and functions, managers are appointed in the main departments of any food processing industry as Manager (Administration & Accounts), Manager (Production), Manager (Engineering & Maintenance), Manager (Sales) and (Quality Control). Qualifications required are -Postgraduate degree, PG diploma or associates in food technology, food microbiology, food chemistry, agriculture, business administration, engineering, or biochemistry.
