Applications are invited for the entrance exam of the All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Examination (AIPMT). It is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. Its main schedule for admission to 15% of the total seats for Medical/Dental Courses in all Medical/Dental colleges run by the Union of India, State Governments, Municipal or other local authorities in India except in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.

Veterinary Council of India shall conduct the All India Pre-Veterinary Colleges for the academic session 2010-10 on Saturday. A detailed notification containing the eligibility criteria, age, availability & last date of submission of Application Form etc. will be issued on 22nd December, 2008 in the leading newspapers. ALL INDIA PRE VETERINARY TEST INDIA ENTRANCE EXAM - DURATION OF COURSE:

The duration of B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course is spread over five complete academic years including a compulsory rotating internship of six months.


ALL INDIA PRE VETERINARY TEST INDIA ENTRANCE EXAM - ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Candidates who have passed the B.Sc. from recognized university with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with the following subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
2. Candidates must have passed the qualifying Examination obtaining not less than 50% of the aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English(10% less for SC/ST).
3. A candidate who is taking up the qualifying examination prior to the Entrance Examination, or whose result is awaited, can also apply.
4. Candidate must be 17 years old on 31st December, 2010.
