What TELK NTPC Joint Venture
The State public sector undertaking Transformers and Electricals Kerala Ltd (TELK) will become a 50:50 joint venture company with NTPC from Tuesday. The new board and Managing Director would also assume charge on the same day. Looking ahead, the joint venture envisages time-bound expansions and modernisation plan for TELK at a total outlay of Rs 188.65 crore.
