What is TELK Transformers

State-run NTPC and Transformers and Electricals Kerala Ltd (TELK) on Saturday entered into a joint venture for manufacturing and maintenance of transformers. NTPC will have 44% stake and will pump in Rs 190 crore in the first phase for modernisation and expansion of TELK over the next two years.
