American College Of Cardiology

The American College of Cardiology is to contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, to ensure optimal quality of care for individuals with such diseases, and to foster the highest professional ethical standards. The Chapter is the voice of cardiology in Texas. The American College of Cardiology (ACC) is a nonprofit medical association established in 1949 to advocate for quality cardiovascular care through education, research promotion, development and application of standards and guidelines, and to influence health care policy.
