POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS

VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ADMISSION - Eligibility:

Degree in Eng. CSE /ECE / EEE & EIE / M .Sc (Electronics) or equivalent.

Course Fee : Rs. 45,000/-


VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ADMISSION - Course Contents:

1. VLSI Design methodology, Advanced Digital Design from front to back end using either Verilog HDL or VHDL which also includes Static Timing Analysis.

2. Analog & Mixed Signal Design (Front End to Back End Design)(First Institute in INDIA )


VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ADMISSION - EDA TOOLS :

CADENCE, Tanner, Mentor Graphics, Xilinx. C Programming Concepts, Operating Systems internals & programming, Networking & Socket Programming, Microcontrollers Embedded System, KEIL Interfacing, Real Time Operating Systems.


VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ADMISSION - Selection Procedure:

Admission is based on National level Common Admission Test.
The Test will be of 2 hrs duration comprising of objective type questions. The criterion for selection will be based on the applicant’s performance in the test.


VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ADMISSION - How to Apply:

Application form and prospectus can be had from CAD/CAM Department, Central Institute of Tool Design, Hyderabad – 500 037, by paying cash or a crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 300/-(100/- for SC/ST). drawn in favour of Principal Director, CITD, Hyderabad, on any Nationalized Bank, Preferably State Bank of Hyderabad, Balanagar branch, Hyderabad – 37. The S.C/S.T Category candidates need to enclose a copy of Cast Certificate attested by Gazetted officer.


VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ADMISSION - Course fee:

The fee is Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) payable in two installments.

First Installment of Rs. 25,000/- at the time counseling

Second Installment of Rs. 20,000/- within 60 days i.e. on or before 19-03-2010
