Plastic Engineering
The present age is called as "Age of Plastic", Plastics are the dominating material in the present age, and find uses in various fields such as textile, automobile, packaging, paint, rubber, electronics, chemical industries and space technology etc. The growth and advancement in the plastic and rubber industries led to the demand of trained manpower in the industries. The course has been designed to provide the in-depth theoretical & practical knowledge of plastic processing and plastic testing apart from knowledge of mould designing and computer. Industrial training has been made an integral part of the curriculum. On completion of the course, students may be absorbed in production, QC and R&D department of various plastic related industries.
